MEET CARRIE

Carrie has been working in the floral industry for over 20 years. Starting out in her home town of Canisteo New York and moving on to the City of Charlotte NC. Carrie gathered extensive training and experience from working with other seasoned designers in the area before opening her own shop in the town of Pineville NC. Now that she has carved out her own design identity and niche for herself Carrie excels at providing brides and retail customers with custom designed arrangements and events to fit any floral need. She works extensively with her clients to provide gorgeous and generous arrangements to feed her passion of all things great and fabulous.

Carrie initially went to college to pursue a career in Art Therapy, until the local flower shop owner called her to spend a summer working at the flower shop. The stars finally aligned and an epiphany happened in Carrie’s life and a college major was switched. She then graduated from Alfred State College with Honors and a AAS degree in Floriculture Merchandising, which planted the seed of a new career and Carrie blossomed into a floral designer in her own right. Since 1998, Carrie “the Flower Diva” has been gracing the Charlotte area with her designing abilities and creativity. In 2005, Carrie created her dream by opening up The Flower Diva, INC and has been on a non-stop flight to success ever since. Weddings and events are our specialty at The Flower Diva, INC. Carrie promising “one-of-a-kind floral designs for one-of-a-kind Clients.”
